Outpatient Mental Health Care

Therapy and Counseling are names of the same service that are often used interchangeably. This service is delivered by Mental Health Professionals with an appropriate clinical license to practice in the State of Maine.

Qualified, licensed therapists at Maine Behavioral Health Organization treat a wide range of problems including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss issues, or mental illness.

Outpatient services help people deal with stress, trauma, impulse control, personality disorders, eating disorders, behavioral, social, or family problems. We offer individual treatment to address these and other issues.

Our clinical staff is trained to provide therapy and consultation to parents of children coping with childhood issues including ADHD, school adjustment, and changes within families.

Services currently available at our Augusta and Skowhegan locations.
